Mo is a wise coach and teacher who is in the unique position to teach the runner he is working with from the ground running beside them. The knowledge Mo imparted to me about form, how to fuel, and the mental game that is competitive running will stick with me as I continue my career. I would encourage anyone hoping to take their running to the next level to train with Mo!
Coach Mo is an elite athlete with a deep love of the sport. He truly cares about developing athletes of all levels and fostering a healthy running community. I am grateful to have had the opportunity to grow under his coaching.
Mo has been a great coach to me through Princeton Running Club. During the season, he provides the team with detailed weekly plans that allow us to build up our mileage and strength responsibly. And during the off season, he is still extremely responsive! I was on a gap year this past year and injured my foot. After some back and forth with Mo about my injury, he got me started on a recovery plan to build up additional foot strength, and eventually improve my running! Apart from that, the team really respects him as a runner; he’s such an incredible athlete himself! I’m so glad to have Mo as a coach.
